I work one-on-one with clients both virtually & in person to create individualized eating and lifestyle plans for long-lasting optimum wellness.
Consultations include:
Comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle evaluation
Individualized meal plan and nutrition recommendations
Easy, whole-food recipes
Grocery store tours
Refrigerator & pantry "makeovers"
Initial Consultation
After completion of a comprehensive intake form, we will discuss current concerns, habits, lifestyle factors, and beliefs. We will then create a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan in order to support shifts towards overall wellness. This virtual meeting will take ~ 1 hour.
Follow-up Consultations
After completion of the initial consultation, follow-up consultations may be scheduled on an as-needed basis. We will meet for 45 minutes, either in person, on the phone, or via video chat.
The 3-Month Plan
Shifting how we live and what we eat can take time. This plan includes an initial consultation followed by 5 follow-up consultations every two weeks. Follow-up consultations are 45 minutes over the phone or via video chat.
Speaking & Workshops
In addition to working with clients one-on-one, I love speaking to groups and leading nutrition and cooking workshops on topics such as How to Eat for a Healthy Gut, The Art of Joyful Eating, and Simple, Scrumptious Recipes to Nourish The Dynamically Balanced Life.
