MY DAILY Wellness Practices AMIDST THE CURRENT PANDEMIC

My Current Wellness Practices:

Good for every day, regardless!

1.     Warm water with lemon first thing every morning (A whole mason jar)

2.     Gargle with iodized salt and hot water

3.     Meditate and/or pray

4.     Exercise (A walk, yoga, a Youtube workout, etc.)

5.     Eucalyptus oil in my diffuser (or humidifier)

6.     Minimal sugar (One treat a day! Usually homemade with alternative sweeteners)

7.     Citrus fruits – lemons, oranges, grapefruits, tangerines!

8.     Lots of greens (raw, wilted, in soups, all of it!) – spinach, mixed greens, dandelion, watercress

9.     Lots of garlic, onions, and herbs (Herbs de Provence, basil, dill, cumin, cayenne)

10.  High iodine & zinc foods like mussels, oysters, seaweed

11.  Warm liquids & teas all day long

12.  Supplements (alternative days): B-complex (methylated), L-lysine, N-Acetyl Cysteine, vitamin D, vitamin C, probiotics.

13. BREATHING. Don’t forget to breathe :) And then be grateful for the breath you get to take! <3
